The S&M TopCon LP is a modular, air-through bonding oven designed for high-performance processing of nonwoven fabrics. With three heating zones and one cooling section, it delivers uniform thermal bonding using convection technology — perfect for a wide range of synthetic and natural fibers including PES, PP, BiCo, cotton, hemp, kenaf, and more.

Thanks to its double-belt, low-pressure design and meter-by-meter airflow direction control, the TopCon LP ensures precise bonding across a broad weight range from 20 to 10,000 g/m². Its modular structure makes it easy to adapt to your production needs, including high-density materials (up to 250 kg/m³) with calibrating rollers.
